I am getting ready for my curriculum fair. I have to pick the classes I want to take for next year. This fair will give me the opportunity to speak with any department concerning curriculum and any other questions I have. All teachers and guidance counselors will be there. The classes I choose for next year will be very important, because I want to continue challenging myself through my senior year. I have some hard decisions to make.

Former Ames boys basketball coach Dennis Cullinan was a fighter. Its not surprising that it took years before cancer finally claimed his life Friday.
Memorial services for Cullinan will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls.

Our junior and senior years are vital to paving the way for our college career. It may be necessary to put our priorities in order, and if that means missing some social activities and focusing on our grades and the ACT, then so be it.
